Thank you for your interest in Hearing Insider and for your many thoughtful questions about hearing loss and hearing aids.
Over time, the volume of emails submitted to the “Ask the Audiologist” page has grown beyond what I’m able to respond to individually. Because of this, I am no longer able to answer audiology questions by email.
If you have questions about your hearing, hearing aids, ear health, or treatment options, I strongly recommend contacting your fitting audiologist or local hearing care professional. They know your hearing history, equipment, and specific needs, and can provide the most accurate guidance and support.
Why Contact Your Audiologist?
- They have access to your hearing test results and medical history.
- They can adjust and troubleshoot your hearing aids in person.
- They can evaluate symptoms and recommend appropriate care or referrals if needed.
