Charger Indicator Lights (Infinio, Lumity, Paradise, Marvel)

When placing Phonak rechargeable hearing aids into the charger, you’ll see one of these battery-level indicators:
- Blinking Red: Battery below 10% — charge immediately.
- Blinking Yellow: Battery between 11% and 70% — partially charged.
- Blinking Green: Battery above 70% — nearly full.
- Solid Green: Fully charged and ready to use.

Removing Hearing Aid from Charger
When the charger is powered and you remove an aid, expect:
- The hearing aid light blinks green ten times.
- After the blinks, the hearing aid turns on automatically.
Manually Turning Off the Hearing Aid
You can manually power off most Audeo models by:
- Locating the down button.
- Pressing and holding for 5 seconds.
- Light turns solid red for ~2 seconds.
- Aid powers off.
Solid Red Light in the Charger
- Temperature Out of Range: Charge only between 5°C–40°C (41°F–105°F).
- Battery Fault: If the red light persists, visit your audiologist. See our
troubleshooting guide.
Constantly On Light Outside the Charger
A continuous light outside the charger usually indicates a fault state. You’ll need to
reset the hearing aid (typically done in your audiologist’s office).
No Light When Placing Aid in Charger

If no light shows (and the charger has power), an internal LED may have failed. This doesn’t affect charging or sound quality. If the aid turns on after removal, it’s fine to use. If preferred, your audiologist can
send it in for repair.
Warranty repairs are usually free in years 1–3; out-of-warranty repairs average around $250, depending on the clinic.
